My name is Malu.
I am a woman. I am a child, a community builder, a space holder, a music enthusiast, jewelry maker and care-taker.
I am a very curious person. I am passionate about life, people, our diversity and alikeness. My practice is an on-going exploration of what it means to be human, on an individual and collective basis.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Over the last two years, and thanks to the pandemic, I have taken the time and energy to deeply study a variaty of embodied, psychosomatic practices and how they affect our ability to respond to our surrounding.
From Fascia to Gaga dance, Somatic experiencing and Trauma-therapy, I am especially focused in Kundalini yoga, which I find an effective, practical tool for understanding how the nervous system works and learning to self and co-regulate.
My aim is to share what I have experienced and what resonates to me, breaking down theories and teachings, making them digestible and accessible to everyone.
The intention behind is to find ways for us to navigate existence with more ease, engaging with life in a new way.
